ZeroDelay.ai is a registered trade name of Hyper Solutions Consulting LLC ("ZeroDelay.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate the ZeroDelay.ai business coaching platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using ZeroDelay.ai you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Information We Collect

Account data: your name and email address. Authentication and credential management are provided by Clerk; we do not store passwords.

Business profile data: answers you provide during the onboarding interview (industry, revenue, challenges, goals) that are used to personalise your coaching plan.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, check-in responses, plan interactions, and session transcripts.

Payment data: payment details are processed by Stripe. We receive payment and subscription status needed to provide the service; we do not store full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies used for authentication and error tracking. Apollo's website intent analytics may process technical and visit information to help us understand which businesses visit our site.

How We Use Your Information

To generate, update, and personalise your 90-day business coaching plan using AI language models.

To send transactional or service emails such as requested report delivery, payment confirmations, renewal receipts, payment-failure notices, and essential account communications.

To send coaching and marketing communications — including check-in reminders, progress nudges, tool guidance, and product updates — where enabled by default. You can turn those messages off in Account Settings or use the unsubscribe link in an applicable email.

To improve the product — aggregate, de-identified usage patterns help us understand which features are working.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

AI Processing

ZeroDelay.ai uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate coaching content. Your business profile and check-in data are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. Anthropic's API data usage policies apply to that processing; we do not permit Anthropic to train on your data under our agreement.

Data Sharing

We share data with service providers that process it on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), Firecrawl (website research), Resend (transactional email), Apollo (website intent analytics), and Replit and other cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and storage).

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and we do not promise a fixed deletion period. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your Rights

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email zerodelay.ai.cs@hypersolutionsconsulting.com from your account email with enough detail to identify the request. We may need to verify the request before acting. We will explain any applicable legal or operational limitation.

People in the EU, UK, California, and other jurisdictions may have rights under applicable privacy laws. The scope and availability of those rights depend on the law that applies to the request.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions, security, error tracking, and Apollo website intent analytics. Cookie availability and controls depend on your browser and any consent choices presented. Deleting authentication cookies may log you out of ZeroDelay.ai.

Processing Location and Children

Our services and service providers may process personal information in the United States. Using the service from another country may involve transferring information to the United States.

ZeroDelay.ai is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact zerodelay.ai.cs@hypersolutionsconsulting.com so we can review the request.
